Our clinic operates from a light and airy Victorian building that dates to the 1880s and offers office and therapy space spread over a number of floors.
The property boasts a number of period features from high ceilings, original wooden sash windows, fireplaces, cornices and a landscaped rear garden for use by the occupants.
All rooms have access to a staff kitchen area, Wi-Fi connection, and heating as well as separate staff and customer facilities. Our main entrance gives access to our reception area which is manned during our opening hours.
We can offer a bespoke solution to your requirements from simply welcoming your visitors and directing them to your office space to a full therapist package that includes appointment handling, payment management and access to photocopiers and communication facilities.

Our comfortable and welcoming treatment rooms include adjustable treatment couches, desks and ancillary furniture whilst leaving enough space for you to bring in any equipment required for your day.
With a footfall of over 200 individuals per week, our rental packages can be enhanced with advertising on our in-reception display screen as well as literature placement.
Our rooms are ideal for both those starting up a new venture and will also suit those established therapists who wish to expand whilst benefiting from their clients receiving a welcome by a fully trained receptionist, without the burden of staff costs and management.
We also have a large top-floor room that is suitable for seating up to 15 people for group sessions or up to 6 for mat work.

Finding suitable office space is a challenge for many smaller companies and start-ups. Located between Reigate and Redhill we can offer a location that is both modern and quiet but retains the features of a Victorian-era building.
We can offer a large office space that can be furnished or unfurnished suitable to your requirements with flexible terms and an affordable price.
This room is on our top floor and measures approximately 190 ft2 (18m2), it benefits from Velux skylights and a single-aspect window along with some storage and cupboard space.
Communications requirements can be met simply as the office is prewired to a high-speed data and telephony line that would simply need a dedicated connection.
Occupiers have access to our staff kitchen and a separate utility room along with dedicated staff toilets.
Reception is manned during our opening hours so packages can include visitor welcoming, delivery and post handling and cleaning dependent on negotiation.
